We are now accepting reciprocal guests by water.
Incoming Cruise and Regatta Participants
Participants in regattas and incoming cruises generally provide their mooring requirements to the person or group that is organizing the event. The docking needs for the event are then provided to the PCYC Harbourmaster for the incoming group as a whole. Participants in regattas and incoming cruises should report to the PCYC Dock Office after docking in order to confirm their arrival and to receive orientation information regarding PCYC.
PCYC welcomes members of reciprocal yacht clubs to visit our facilities by boat.
While we are unable to take reservations for dock space, we invite visitors to enquire about availability of dock space for their desired dates up to 48 hours before the intended arrival date and time. Please complete the Visiting Yacht Registration Form and PCYC COVID-19 Waiver and Code of Conduct.
Click here for the Visiting Yacht Registration Form - Please submit only 48 hours in advance of your arrival date.
When entering the PCYC harbour, a visiting boat should hail Harbour Staff on VHF 68. Once a visiting boat is moored in its assigned slip, the captain or a crew member should visit the Dock Office to pay any fees, and receive visitor orientation information.
Reciprocal guests are permitted to visit PCYC a maximum of five nights per season. A day trip to PCYC counts as one night. There is no charge for the first night's stay, but subsequent nights are charged at the rate of $1.25 per foot LOA. There is a maximum of two complimentary nights per season. Visa, Mastercard and debit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Cash is not accepted.
Please familiarize yourself with our other COVID-19 protocols.
