For those racing to Youngstown, it is important to remember that you are entering the U.S. and need to check in and report for inspection with CBP.  To understand your options related to this procedure, please review this document.

To better facilitate check-in and and report for inspection, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) officers have agreed to be on site at the Youngstown Yacht Club commencing at 2:00pm. They will remain on site as necessary but no later than 7:00pm.

Boaters have several choices to report for inspection:

Officer Wells will reply to the message indicating that he has received the form. Boaters may report to the officers who will be conducting on site inspections on the day of the event. They should be in possession of a passport, an enhanced driver’s license, a U.S. passport card, an I- 551 (U.S. resident card) or a nexus card.
